More squat tech!

Gymnastics: Partner shoulder stretching 4 x 15sec 4 x 30 sec Partner handstand

Strength: Squat 5 x 5, Press 5 x 5, Dead Lift 5 x 5 all @ 50% of 5rm max (Focus on technique)

 

Easing back into it!

Conditioning: Plank and scoop technique work focusing on pelvic rotation and core control.

Strength: Squat tech, Pushup tech, Pull-up tech, Box Jump Tech

Wod: 5 squats, 5 Push-ups, 5 Pull-ups, 5 box jumps: 5 rounds NOT for time focus on technique ;)

Hope you all had a great Christmas and New years!

Just a quick heads up, our first training session back will be Tomorrow morning (thursday 13th) @ 6am, we will also be running the PM class at 6pm as well.

As more than 50% of our clients are away for most of January we will most likely be running the following classes:

Mon 6am - 6pm

Tues Closed

Wed 6am - 6pm

Thurs 6pm

Fri 6am

All the new clients that have been calling me are welcome to come along to any of those sessions to get started. Just text me the day before with your name and which class you will be attending.
