We apply strength and power training combined with gymnastics, to defy the laws of physics and gravity by flipping, rotating, twisting and flying, even if only for a brief moment in time. Tumbling and Free Acrobatics is getting high the natural way. We offer basic to advanced Tumbling and Acrobatics training either in classes or to individuals. Dance, Parkour - Free Running, General Fitness, Agility & Power Training, Martial Arts and because its fun and you don't need any other reason to do something ;-)
